Nancy Ghanem, President of Euro-American International, Inc has more than thirty years experience assisting international buyers and sellers of luxury residential and commercial properties in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe. She is a former resident of Monaco. For two years she sat on the National Association of Realtors' International Policy Making Committee. In 1999 she acquired the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
In 1990 she began focusing on the franchise industry and represented US franchise brands develop their franchise systems around the World. In 1994 she founded the first franchise Internet Lead Generation Website, Franchise.com (sold 2007). The former Franchise.com website including efranquicias.com are hosted on her FranchiseUniverse.com servers.
Nancy's company also developed the first successful franchise electronic disclosure service which was approved by the US Federal Trade Commission Staff (FTC). FDDPlus.com client's include many of the largest franchise systems in the United States and Canada. Nancy also developed the electronic web based Franchise Bluebook which compiles, sorts data, and prepares side-by-side comparison reports on 1000's of US franchise systems. Her FranFit.com website and InvestorGreenCard websites assist franchise buyers find franchise and master franchise investments fit for them.
Nancy and her companies are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the International Franchise Association (IFA), and the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Franchising.
